Many of us have forgotten about the wisdom of the inner child. Particularly, in a society where productivity is prioritized over play and memorization over creativity. This pure, vibrant part of ourselves is the key to experiencing more wonder, joy and lightness in our daily lives. Often, the inner child is simply asking for recognition, safety and to be held with compassion.
Join us in ceremony as we witness and intentionally reconnect with our inner child through a guided Shamanic Journey and the heart expanding benefits of sacred, ceremonial cacao.
We will hold sacred space for deeper reflection and integration throughout the guided journey and cacao ceremony. Our mutual intention will be to assist with remembrance of the innocence and wisdom of the inner child.

Please bring: A journal, a childhood photo and/or an object that represents childhood to assist in connecting with your own inner child. You also may want to bring a yoga mat/pillow/blanket for your comfort.

Experience a harmonious blend of ceremonial cacao, sound healing, Reiki, and the divine presence of roses, the birth flower of June, in this transformative event.
Surrounded by the subtle presence of roses, symbolizing love, beauty, and spiritual awakening, you are invited to open your heart in full bloom and embrace the healing energy of the ceremony. Amy Schenck will open the ceremony by serving you a cup of organic ceremonial-grade cacao, a healing plant medicine known for its heart-opening and grounding properties, setting the intention for the journey ahead. As you sip the warm elixir, allow its richness to awaken your senses and connect you to the present moment through the loving support of Mama Cacao. She is often referred to as “Mama Cacao” because she is a feminine and loving fruit. Cacao is a wise messenger and heart healer. Cacao allows you to feel calm, euphoric, alert, blissful, grounded, safe, loved and loving.
Held by the love and support of cacao, we will transition into a Reiki-infused sound bath led by Kendra Sheehan. Let the waves of sound wash over you, releasing tension and inviting a sense of peace, balance, and self-love. Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments, guiding you into a state of deep relaxation and meditation. Each sound is thoughtfully crafted to resonate with different energy centers in the body, promoting healing and alignment. Begin to feel lighter as you shed anything that is no longer serving your highest and best good.
Throughout the experience, you will feel gentle Reiki healing energy enhancing the overall sense of relaxation and well-being. The combination of cacao, sound, Reiki, and roses creates a powerful synergy, allowing for deep healing and transformation on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels.

How to Prepare:
Please drink plenty of water before the event and dress comfortably in layers. We encourage you to refrain from eating for two hours before the event, or eat lighter if needed.
We invite you to bring water, a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow to ensure you feel completely relaxed and comfortable during the event. You may also wish to bring an eye mask, journal and pen, and/or special items such as crystals, photos, or other items from nature to support you in your journey. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to get settled.
